What is a food sensitivity?

Food sensitivities are delayed reactions to specific foods that are triggered by our bodies' IgG antibodies. Bloating and indigestion are common food sensitivity reactions, so is fatigue. There is a growing body of evidence to support the clinical benefits of eliminating IgG reactive foods from the diet. IgG food sensitivities have been implicated in migraine headaches and irritable bowel syndrome (alternating diarrhea and constipation). Discovering what your food sensitivities are is an important step towards achieving optimal health.

Why should I do a food sensitivity test?

It's beneficial to know what specific foods your body is sensitive to so we can eliminate them to improve your health. Without testing, we won't know exactly what's bothering your body specifically!
